Employee Self Service

Employee Self-Service is a space where the employee can access their personal information, related services, and quick actions.

Apart from the self-service, employees can look up for information from several other tabs. The first one is the Home tab. Here employees can view everything pertaining to the organization set up. The Announcements, Departments, Designations, Organization Tree etc. can also be seen here.
If there are Tasks that a User is assigned to, then they will be able to see them populated here. Similarly, any Reports that are shared with a User can be seen here. If a reporting manager would like to approve requests raised by subordinates, then it can be done in the 'Approvals' tab.



Time Off

This screen will help employee to Apply for a leave, View their requested leaves or Update the leave attachments and check their leave status.

Leave Summary

This screen would show the remaining or avail leaves for every leave type for the defined calendar.

Leave Status

Employees can plan their long leaves well in advance and having a streamlined, automated system to manage leaves and accommodate work situation in advance proves for a great work ethic and statuses can be viewed once Approved OR Rejected. Similarly employees can see their previous leaves as well.

My Attendance

My Attendance screen keeps track of your work hours. It is the system employees use to document their work time and the time they take off.

Team Attendance

An employee attendance monitoring screen helps Team Lead to see who is clocked in and at what time. Employee attendance screen gives an accurate picture of the team's working hours.

Approvals

Implementing an approval process can standardize an organization's internal processes, and also save time by creating a dependable, repeatable system. The main benefits of automated approval processes include saving time, maximizing efficiency, and standardizing processes.

Pay Slips

Payslip screen creates a document that's given to an employee with each pay. It shows their total wages earned for a set period. This might be from a salary, hourly wages or commission. Payslips also list tax withheld and personal deductions made.

Probation Review

This screen would help measure the probationer’s performance. This workflow demands a proper hierarchy to be defined and followed accordingly. System will initiate the process involuntarily after which the reviewer’s, Probationer and HR manager will gave remarks accordingly then final decision will be called upon, by the upper most official in the hierarchy.

Notifications will be generated to the next one in the hierarchy, once done by the first official. Probationer itself is included in this process and probationer have a say whether he/she agrees or disagrees from this evaluation process.

Letter Request

Request Letter screen comes in handy when you need certain information regarding service of your employee for any matter.
It can be for several reasons:

  • Reveal false employment claims.
  • Mitigate risk of hiring a candidate with false credentials.
  • Gaps in employment.
  • Fabrication of job titles.
  • Confirming past work history.

My Time Requests

Request forms enables the employee to establish a formal process for submitting, tracking, evaluating, and implementing those requests. Using My Request screens, employees can successfully requset the entire end-to-end work request process.

Team Time Requests

Request forms allow the team managers to capture work requests as they come in. Using Team Request screens, team leads can successfully control the entire end-to-end work request process.

Employee Action Requests

Employmee Action means an action raised or made by or on behalf of an Employee and that is based on an Employee-Company relationship and pertains to employment workplace claims of

  • Promotion/Demotion
  • Transfer
  • Termination
  • Rectification
  • Annual Increment
  • and others.
Action Type and Effective Date needs to be given.

In the detail table further information regarding info type like opted amount for promotion or reason for transfer needs to be added.

Separation Requests

Separation screen comes in place when the service agreement of an employee with their organisation comes to an end and employee leaves the organization.

Contract Extension Request

When things are going well and organization wants to continue the duration of an existing contract, a Contract Extension Request makes it happen.

User needs to add Previous Contract End Date and Extend Contract Date along with other mandatory fields.

Previously added records will be seen in Contract Request Tab.

Advance Request

Advance Request screen is used to apply for a loan. Through the loan application, borrowers reveal key details by uploading the desired document in the detail table.

The Approval Process tab is placed determining the Approval Stages, Approval User with its Role and Approval Status.

My Appraisal

A performance appraisal is a regular review of an employee's job performance and contribution to a company. Here on this screen user can set their Objectives and add weightage to them.

Active Period would hold the ongoing appraisal proces and Close Period section beholds the previous appraisals records.

Team Appraisal

This screen use performance appraisals to determine which employees have contributed the most to the company's growth, review progress, and reward high-achieving workers.

Team Appraisal screen is seen to team supervisors only. And the process is initiated by Supervisors after which a workflow will run and the next-in-hierarchy will be notified accordingly. Process will end when Objectives and Competencies are
